All reasonable requests for cancellation will be accommodated. If you wish to
cancel your registration for the meeting, or your reservation for the April 20th
dinner, please do so in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide the
full name of the registrant(s). Indicate what to cancel: registration, dinner,
or both. Include the e-mail confirmation number if available.
Cancellations received in writing by Monday, April 10,
2006 will receive a full refund. We regret that we cannot guarantee a full
refund after that date.
